This is a non-consumable in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewal. Once purchased, you have access to DriftOff Premium features indefinitely. Price is in US dollars and may vary by region. Applicable taxes may apply.
The free tier of DriftOff includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help support the continued development of the App. Purchasing DriftOff Premium removes all advertisements from the App.

DriftOff uses a one-time purchase model. Your Apple ID will only be charged once at the time of purchase. There are no recurring fees, no automatic renewals, and no ongoing billing of any kind.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. We encourage you to use the full 3-day trial period to evaluate the App before purchasing.

Music content accessed through Apple Music remains the property of the respective rights holders and is subject to Apple's terms and licensing agreements.
DriftOff integrates with Apple Music through Apple's MusicKit framework. Your use of Apple Music content is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You must have an active Apple Music subscription to access Apple Music content through the App. DriftOff is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Music.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") to the extent not superseded by these Terms.
The free tier of DriftOff displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Your interaction with these ads is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any advertisements displayed.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (up to $4.99 USD).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DriftOff and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DriftOff regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
